In level 1 art at the moment we have began planning our portfolio for the year. We began researching our Kaupapa and have been creating mood boards of art styles and artists we like or take inspiration from. For my Kaupapa I have decided to do feminist art under the category equality using painting, printing and graphic design. In my mood board I have included art from many famous artists including Vincent Van Gogh and Shepherd Fairey as well as art from many feminist artists including Robin Kahukiwa, Frida Kahlo and Sofia Minson. I chose these artworks as inspiration because I liked many different things including the colour, composition, style and content
