This term in Social Studies we have been learning about the Treaty of Waitangi. We have learnt about the miscommunication and different factors included and influencing problems in the treaty. This week we began planning and designing a class treaty of our own. We factored in opinions and rules agreed upon by 10Rn and Mrs Handley, This included being able to listen to music with headphones and establishing 3 warnings. There were small disagreements and struggles regarding everyone agreeing and supporting all the rules and others ideas, these problems were mostly solved with fair compromising but several rules had been ruled out completely.
