Which is the best raising agent?

- Baking powder
- Bicarbonate of soda
- Yeast and sugar
- Test tubes
- Tongs
- Balloons
- Teaspoon measurement
Method
Fill test tube with ½ teaspoon of raising agent, fill a balloon halfway with water and attach the balloon over the test tube. Tip the water from the balloon into the test tube and shake it for results. Place the test tubes in a beaker filled with lukewarm water.
