Making Sherbet In Science

On Tuesday in science we made sherbet. We made this using icing sugar, baking soda, tartaric acid, citric acid and raro. We mixed 1 - 2 teaspoons of each using a popsicle stick. Within the class we had different results, the taste varied on preference of amounts of ingredients.
