Rewriting Fairytales!

For the past week we have been rewriting fairytales. In preperation we watched some videos and read other fairytales. At first I was indecisive of what to do but I decided on Hansel & Gretel. I thought this had a unique story line and I was curious of what I could change. We created a plot and altered some small aspects of the story. 

I have only got up to my introduction but I am excited to carry on my story.

Here Is My Introduction

Welcome to this twisted tale full of wicked treats. Once upon a time in a forest on the edge of the small town, Maple Grove two young children, Jack and Autumn joyfully strolled along deserted yellow brick road headed for the Maple Forest. They reached the edge of the road and headed towards a familiar clearing in the trees where they would play hide and seek. The children spent hours playing hide and seek under the beams of sunshine glaring through the tree tops.
