This year for Calendar art 2016 we had 5 options to choose from which were fairy wings, painting a rainbow, a koru, cutting spiral and colour block art. I chose colour block art. The colours I used for it were red, yellow and dark blue. We had to pick a pose and cut it out on to black paper. I found it hard to cut around my fingers because they were so small. I learnt about more shapes and poses. I completed it over 3 days and tried my hardest to make it the best it could be.

Hi Ruby, I really like your calendar Art for 2016 I especially like the layout of you writing because it is simple but effective and it is easy to read. I also think that it is really good that you have written about what you found hard and what you have lernt. For next time I don't think that you need to improve on anything.
